The company started its operation as a manufacturing company of aluminium extrusions in 1996, servicing the Caribbean Region. The Company is owned by Malaika Holdings Inc St Lucia and Mr Terry Bhagwansingh of Hardware giant in Trinidad and Tobago, Dansteel.
In 2020, King Shutters started manufacturing Hurricane protection products as Original Equipment Manufacturers for the major fabricators in the region. Now, besides supplying the extrusions the company fabricates to the individual needs of the customers. The company supports both customers and associates totally in the region.
